It briefly describes the formulation and evolution of the Blue Economic Zone. This monograph expounds the necessity of constructing the Blue Economic Zone of the South China Sea from the aspects of oceanic elements, development conditions and strategic position in China~s marine economy, and analyzes the regional cooperation mode and development prospects of the South China Sea Blue Economic Zone. Drawing from the experience of foreign developed countries, it discussed the construction of China~s South China Sea Blue Economic Zone, which has certain practical significance for China~s marine development strategy and blue economy development.
