Talent is the key to business development. Recently, a number of young editors from Nanjing University Press have won several provincial honors for their outstanding performance in the editorial skills competition and essay solicitation.
On August 29, 2022, 121 young editors from 20 publishers in Jiangsu province participated in the final of the provincial editorial skills competition held in Nanjing, and finally 40 individuals and 5 publishers were awarded. Among the individual awards of the competition, Zang Lijuan won the first prize, Yang Tianqi won the second prize, Li Chenyuan and Guan Xinxin won the third prize, Shu Yue and Zhang Jing won the fourth prize, and Nanjing University Press won the outstanding organization prize. The Taofen Foundation also announced the results of the essay solicitation of the 11th Taofen Publishing Talent Development Forum, the theme of which is "Cultural Power Building and Publishing Talent Cultivation." In the essay writing competition, the essay by Huan Xing from NJUP won the second prize.
